Cuttlebug Challenge!
All cardstock is from Stampin' Up!- Whisper White, YoYo Yellow, Lovely Lilac and Pink Passion. The glittery pump is fun sparkly paper from my sis. I used the Stylized Flowers, Swiss Dots and Happy Birthday embossing folders. The pump is a diecut from the Princess die set (CuttleKids). Sentiment is "Happy Everything"- SU. Brads were purchased from GinaK Designs. Pop dots were used to help the "pump" and "Birthday" stand out a bit. Thanks for looking today! God Bless!

OH MY-WHAT A WEEK!
I made this card for my sister's birthday, which is today! Happy day Terri! I'm glad I had it done before all the excitement hit. The cardbase is Confetti White, the Sky Blue layer was run thru my Cuttlebug, using my Textile EF. I used the Treading Water Edger from Fiskars for the bottom scallop work. For the image I used a retired Stampin' Up! set, "Beautiful Butterflies". The sentiment and flower are layered with Lovely Lilac. Ribbon is Lovely Lilac Organdy ribbon from Stampin' Up! several years ago. Thanks for stopping by today. Blessings to you!

Paper Piecing

Well, Good Morning to you! I am so excited today, I tried something new and it is really fun! Well....new to me anyway. I cased a card I saw on Splitcoaststampers by Suzanne, you can see it on her site at www.scrapblitz.blogspot.com She
does wonderful work! Thanks for the
inspiration!
Anyway, I used the Retro Boutique set I got at the Gina K site. I used some retired SU Designer Paper. Embellished with brads and ribbon and viola! Way cute I think.
This card is just a little different layout. The DP is a little different pattern, and I didn't piece the bodice of the dress, used a marker instead.
August is a big birthday month for me, so I have been busy making cards. If you have a big day this month and you are related to me, you just might see one of these cards.....be very surprised, okay ;0)
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a marvelous day!

Oh, well it is cool in the stamp room! I have been doing some computer work for my hubby and his partner, so it cramps my creativity a bit.......thinking too hard is BAD.....the days seem to go so quickly and I don't seem to get much done.
Today my card can be used for either an anniversary, feminine birthday or maybe even a sympathy card. I will be using it for a friend's anniversary next week.
Supplies: I believe everything you see here is retired from Stampin' Up! The brads and ribbon are from JoAnne'sMy Sis and I went to Archivers the other day and I am anxious to use the new clear stamps I bought there. I can see MANY clear stamps in my future!
Stay cool and have a great day! Thanks for stopping by!
