Another Grandson Birthday Card

Good Day to all. I have another Grandson birthday card to share. This on is loosely based on a card I saw on SCS. You can see it here. This was certainly a fun card to make. I love the heavy glitter paper used here. I got it at Target. I hope you like it.....

Frogs and Snails and Puppy Dog Tails....

......that's what little boys are made of. I have several grandson birthdays to get ready for this summer, so I thought I should get a jump start on the cards. For this one, I ran some patterned paper from DCWV thru my Cuttlebug, using the Divine Swirls EF. I think it gives this card nice background texture. The googly-eyed frog is so cute. I know the boy who gets this card will enjoy them!

Jump Start on Father's Day

Good Day to you all! It is a beautiful day here in my neck of the woods and the weekend is supposed to be absolutely perfect. I plan to spend alot of time in the sunshine. Won't get to camp though....the mountains are probably full of everyone else anyway!

Anyway on to my card for today. This card is for Father's Day (I'm WAY ahead here, that doesn't happen to me often!) I found the sketch on Stamp TV. It is the sketch challenge by Jessica for this week. Head on over there and take a look, you will be glad you did.

Good Morning! Life has been busy for me, but that is a good thing. School is almost over, so there will be an abundance of stamping time, I hope. :0)! Today's card is one I made for my MIL for Mother's Day. We both like blue alot and she always leans toward flowers. I have used most of my nicer flower images on cards for her, so this one came out a little different.

A New Challenge (for me)

Just got back from a day with two of my sisters. We had a wonderful time, visiting craft stores and having lunch. My daughter joined us also. What a great way to spend the day! Thanks ladies.

Oldie But Cutie!

Good Day! Well, the other day my sister and I were discussing the cutesy images we've seen lately and how there sure were getting to be a lot of them! So what did I do but go in a find one of my oldies but goodies. This image came from Close To My Heart many years ago. It was one of the first stamps I ever bought. Hasn't seen ink for a looooong time. So here goes......couldn't get those pesky brads straight for anything!

Mom's Day Upsy Daisy

Good Day to everyone! I finally have gotten something accomplished in my stamp room. I have been struggling over Mother's Day cards! I don't know why is was SOOOO hard this year. Everytime I thought I had an idea that would work, I would start, and the card wouldn't turn out to be Mother's Day, but I do have some other fun cards I can show you later. ;0)..... Anyway, this is one of the cards I came up with.....it's VERY pink, hope it doesn't hurt :>).
